Service Description

Please note that we do not provided clinical sites for insulin students. You must have facility approval prior to booking the class. All payments and fees are nonrefundable/nontransferrable.

Cancellation Policy

NO REFUNDS. You must reschedule your class within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you will need to book and pay for another class. If you reschedule within 24 hours there is no fee.If you need to reschedule more than once, there is a $50.00 reschedule fee added for each reschedule.
